Leandri and Guido are thrilled to be the proud new owners of the production kitchen behind Die Ou Pastorie, now reimagined as Fresh Folio.

When we took over this established production kitchen, we knew we had inherited a wonderful culinary legacy. 
That’s why we’ve kept the exact same recipes you’ve always enjoyed—from comforting frozen meals and savoury delicatessens to our signature Pâté and Creamed Nougat.
While we have rebranded under the Fresh Folio name to mark the start of our journey as owners, our commitment to quality, flavour, and tradition remains identical to Die Ou Pastorie standard you know and trust.
