The beating heart of our conscious country enterprise is our Deli shop – a showcase for the wonderful array of confectionery we produce on site that permeates the dishes offered on our menu. Here you will find our famous chicken liver pate, delectable creamed nougat, specialist jellies, preserves, sauces, our frozen meals, dressings, artisanal breads, cookies, fudge and brittles, all available for you to take home and incorporate in your own kitchen.
